4. Claiming a Listing

When claiming an existing listing, you must verify that you are an authorised representative of the company. Claims may be verified through email domain matching or manual review. Fraudulent claims may result in account suspension.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Claim listings for companies you do not represent
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Scrape, copy, or republish directory content without permission

6. Disclaimer

UK Drone Directory acts as a directory service only. We do not endorse, guarantee, or verify the quality of any listed drone service provider. Users should conduct their own due diligence before engaging any company found through our directory, including verifying CAA registration, insurance, and qualifications.

7. Limitation of Liability

UK Drone Directory shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Service, or from any interaction with companies listed on the directory.

8. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, edit, or remove any content on the platform, including company listings, reviews, and user accounts. Decisions on content moderation are at our sole discretion.
